Recently, I ran into a frustrating issue where I couldn't receive or send emails with my Google Workspace account. Despite my best efforts to troubleshoot the issue on my own, I found myself at a standstill. Recognizing the need for professional assistance, I reached out to itGenius. My Gmail stopped working after Google Domains migrated to Squarespace. I got no response from the company when this happened. IT Genius was able to investigate the problem and find the issue with the DNS migration and promptly restored my email access. What a relief!

Ken was amazing. I've been trying to figure it out on my own for over a month and he literally fixed it in a matter of 1-2 hours. He's on top of it, communicative, and is willing to monitor the results to make sure that everything is perfect. I highly recommend spending the money to get it fixed vs. spending infuriating time trying to figure it out on your own.
My emails were sporadic and not getting to me. 'Tried everything I could think of to fix the problem.
